Eagle Rock ATV Meeting - September 22, 2009

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM, Ron Davis presided.

 Welcome to attendees
 
 Members: Club has 54 family and individual members.
 
 Sixteen people and twelve units participated in the Eight Mile Canyon
 ride. It was a very nice day and an excellent ride. Thanks to Marvin
 Guzman for leading.
 
 Eighteen people and sixteen units participated in the Pass Creek ride.
 Thanks to Al Stears for leading this excellent ride.
 
 Anyone who has done any trail maintenance on the trails that Eagle
 Rock ATV Club is responsible for please notify Ron Davis. He would 
 like to know the amount of time spent and the location so he can report
 it to the Forest Service.
 
 The Hahn Town Site / Spring Mountain ride scheduled for October 3 was
 changed to October 10.
 
 Diane Fowler has set up a link to review pictures on the Club Web site.
 If you have some pictures you think would be appropriate send them to
 Ron Davis via e-mail. Please be selective. 
 
 The Pot Luck Dinner that was discussed for December has been rescheduled
 to January. Sheryl Callen needs some help / volunteers.
 
 An additional ride was added to our ride schedule. It will be October 17.
 This ride will be in the area north of the St. Anthony Sand Dunes and
 include some of the caves in the area. 
 
 It was suggested that we have an early ride next spring. The latter part
 of May was suggested. This ride would most likely be in an area that
 is not very high in elevation.
 
 Keith Cook informed us that there will be a Safety Run at Action Motor
 Sports on October 3. Not a lot of details were available.

    Oct 10 - Hahn Town Site / Spring Mountain
    Oct 17 - Caves North of Sand Hills (Ice Caves / Civil Defense Cave)
    Oct 27 - ATV Meeting / Pizza Night
   
 Other rides may be added.  
 
Next meeting will be the 4th Tuesday in October.
That will be October 27, bring a friend.
Hand out ATV Club cards to people on the Trail. "They Work".
